Join this session for an open dialogue about the NLF Framework and the Nestlé LeapCards — the cards for Nestlé leadership competencies and those with inspirational toolboxes — and, of course, the supporting LeapCards from the online collection.

Together we define and co-create the dialogue to cover both the essence of the framework and any requested LeapCards and concepts. The sharing of new ideas and proven best practices is facilitated to anseer various needs and perspectives ranging from everyday application as good colleagues to larger leadership dilemmas as well as the opportunities for leaders and L&D partners who wish to work regionally with the framework and the matching LeapCard Workshop Kits.

It is a rich mouthful, and the time flies as your questions and cases are discussed in a spirit of truly vicarious learning that is facilitated by one or more of the LeapCard Professionals
