All profits from the LeapClasses are donated to the BlueBehavior Foundation to cover the travel and material costs of LeapCard Professionals volunteering with regional NGOs.

The way it has been facilitated was great. I like the fact that everyone’s expectations was covered (one after the other) without boring the other participants. The pull and push of insights was well balanced. Thanks to Ulrik!
Great session that gives an opportunity to reflect on my daily challenges to drive for improvements and doing things smarter. It was also good to be hearing from people outside of my organization, as that adds the extra dimension and helps to project their findings on situations that I may not have experienced.

Although the number of participants was small, the 1,5-hour session was very inspiring, and it was good to see attendees from different companies and backgrounds.

I was told that Van Oord wants to use MURAL (for data storage reasons), will try that to check the similarities
Main focus on making use of MIRO, which is an excellent program for connecting and keeping engaged with your (remote ) team.
